Blueberry Pound Cake
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 lb. sugar
- 1 lb. flour
- 1 dozen eggs separated
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. lemon extract
- ½ tsp. almond extract
- ½ tsp. pineapple flavoring
- 1 cup fresh blue berries
- Cream butter & sugar together
- add beaten egg yolks
- beat well
- Add the almond, vanilla, lemon and pineapple flavoring
- add flour
- and beaten egg whites
- mix well
- fold in blue berries
- bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick comes out clean
